Outrigger Beach Club Resort

If I could give a zero I would. Our room had not been cleaned prior to us checking in and the manager Denise thought it would be ok to give me a bottle of bleach spray with rags to clean it ourselves. They didn't charge the $35 resort fee.... whoopdy doo! There was also blood drops on our sheets. They also handed us sheets to change our own bed. Completely unbelievable! Only book here if you plan to not actually sleep in the room. The air conditioner in my moms room was not working as well. Super disappointed that we had to spend the 4th of July dealing with this stuff instead of family time. We traveled all the way from Wisconsin on a family vacation and used RCI points for this. We have NEVER experienced tgis kind of disarray with RCI locations.

This place offers both studio style rooms and private bedroom (mine had 2 regular beds) and a pull out (couch) bed. but no dining table, just a bar and coffee table. The furniture is all new and modern, but all kitchen appliances are older models. It has 2 smart tv's. -- the staff is very friendly, and will go out of their way to help you -- the big pool (& hot tub) are clean, and several chairs, plus some bbq grills. the rooms have 2 chairs in front, but it's in the 'walkway', but still a good thing to have. -- the beach is right in front of you, and you can walk on it for miles. about 1/5 of it has a lane for trucks to drive 'for fun' (I only saw a few go by; not super busy). There were waves the whole week I was there, and the ocean water moves in and out with the tide; lots of little shells, and birds. Not a ton of seaweed. - They give you one beach towel for each person, you can exchange; and you have to exchange linens/towels yourself; no room service. The bedding was very comfortable; love the pillows; and thick towels. I didnt hear any neighbors; but I dont know if the rooms were full; it was delightful. I like that it is sort of a light tan color, and not white and giganti

Love this place! I have been coming here for 30 years with my family and have never been disappointed. Even though the place is older, they keep it up well and security is top-notch. Front desk ladies are very helpful and friendly! Hope to take my grandkids here someday and continue the tradition that I enjoyed for so many years. Pool and hot tub are warm and clean. Every room faces the ocean. You walk out of the parking lot and you’re on the beach!! I thank God for my Grand Parents and Mother being able to spend so many enjoyable weeks here! They have had some recent updates to the furniture but some more updates are underway.
